Simple, fast for sole traders

I’ve been testing this as my wife is struggling with Klara. I like the way it works with the Mac as you can just send the invoice straight to your mail program, or WhatsApp, to add all the text around it you want, rather than over burden selling postage. Marking an invoice as done is easy and straightforward. Importing invoices works quite well and you can edit the details if needed. I’ve been in contact with Nathan and he fixed small bugs quickly and is keen to hear feedback…

Great App!

Invoicing is a breeze with this app. The expense scanning feature is great too! You also get a prompt reply anytime you write support with comments or doubts. Highly recommended for Swiss Freelancers!

Nice and easy

Minimalistic and easy to use (this simple sentence should already bump this app to the top of the AppStore accounting apps) MagicHeidi is a nice compact cross-platform billing app that allows independents and small companies (mine is 10 employees) to manage invoicing. Professionell & unkompliziert

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Magic Heidi. Das Programm ist übersichtlich, einfach zu bedienen und macht das Erfassen von Rechnungen und Ausgaben deutlich unkomplizierter. Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass alles sauber strukturiert ist und man schnell den Überblick behält. Für mich eine klare Empfehlung!

Logiciel très facile d’utilisation et complet pour un indépendant en Suisse. La fonction pour enregistrer ses dépenses fonctionne très très bien. Il n’est pas possible de personnalisé ses devis et facture c’est peut-être un inconvénient, si tu tiens à une mise en page personnalisée.

Lorsqu'on ajoute un article dans la facture avec un horaire , serait il possible d'avoir plusieurs ligne horaire possible. par example ca permet de justifier et déduire la pause de midi ou autre Merci d'avance

Da tempo cercavo un sistema di contabilità semplice e intuitivo, adatto anche a chi non è un esperto di informatica. Con Excel perdevo molto tempo e spesso regnavano confusione e ritardi. Ho scoperto Magic Heidi online, l’ho provato e mi sono abbonata subito: finalmente la contabilità non è più un peso, ma uno strumento chiaro e motivante. Lo consiglio davvero.

Top pour la facturation

Franchement, rien à dire sur l'ergonomie : l'interface est fluide, moderne et très facile à prendre en main. On sent que l'application a été très bien pensée. Le seul petit bémol pour moi, c'est le nombre assez restreint de factures que l'on peut éditer sans passer à la version Pro. Si vous avez peu de volume, c'est parfait, sinon la version Pro devient vite indispensable. Dommage, car sinon c'est un sans-faute !

Comodissima, funzionale e assistenza professionale

Avendo un conto Revolut Business ho voluto scrivere all'assistenza per determinati chiarimenti sui dati bancari da inserire e oltre che molto cortesi sono stati estremamente professionali al punto da aggiornare l'app in funzione di quanto avevo bisogno. Di per se poi l'app è davvero pensata benissimo sia per l'emissione della fattura che per la gestione contabile di spese. Consigliatissima

Mon avis sur Magic Heidi

L’application permet de créer des factures facilement et simplement, mais ça ne s’arrête pas là que ce soit pour la TVA ou pour trouver une fiduciaire application, mais tout en œuvre pour faciliter les choses, moitié de la peine niveau administratif, je m’en sors très bien très facilement, je vous conseille cette application. quelques fonctionnalités manquantes

il serait bien de pouvoir annoter d'avanatage la facture, avec le nom mais aussi le contact, adresse de l'entreprise, ainsi que d'ajouter le delais de paiement de la facture

Leider immer noch nicht brauchbar

Adressen müssen mit weiteren Eingabefelder erweiterbar sein. Momentan gehen nur Name, Strass, Ort. was ist, wenn jemand eine Rechnung an eine Firma an eine zuständige Person versenden soll? Artikel müssen Name und Beschrieb haben. Momentan ist nur ein Name möglich. es ist nicht möglich einen Rabatt auf der Rechnung auszuweisen und.. und... und... Schade

Hahaha, désolée, le correcteur a encore frappé, je voulais dire « iPad » et non « matelas » bien sûr. Durant au moins 2 semaines après l’achat, il m’a été impossible d’accéder à la fonction « insérer votre logo » sur iPad, ça ne m’était pas du tout proposé, par contre sur mon portable aucun problème.
